About
I believe mental health is a meaningful journey, and I’m here to help you navigate it with steadiness, support, and compassion.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 9 years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of mental health concerns. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, behavioral challenges, and women’s mental health. My approach combines compassion, evidence-based care, and a focus on helping clients build clarity, confidence, and resilience in their daily lives.
I earned my doctorate in nursing from Walden University and have extensive experience providing individualized care across diverse clinical settings. I integrate psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful change.
I believe healing starts with awareness and grows through intentional, supported change. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and compassion. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving—restoring calm, clarity, and confidence as you navigate life’s challenges.

I aim to create a calm, collaborative space where you feel supported, respected, and empowered to move toward lasting change.

As a person who has experienced addiction, depression, and trauma/loss, I understand the complexities of navigating internal and external challenges when attempting to achieve goals and maintain quality of life. I am committed to helping others build resiliency and achieve their goals.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complexities—and often confusion associated with—anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and other challenges. I work collaboratively with clients to clearly define goals and a supportive environment aimed at achieving sustainable change.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from Portland State University. My clinical approach is client-centered and often grounded in narrative therapy to identify and externalize problems. Through the use of motivational interviewing, stages of change, and cognitive-behavioral modalities, I help clients build a realistic plan to achieve goals.
I understand what it's like to live with personal struggles and try to manage them on your own. Shame, stigma, and societal pressures often prevent people from accepting help. It takes courage and humility to confide in another about our own emotions. I encourage you to schedule an appointment to discuss how we can work together to achieve your goals.
