About
I strive to create a space where clients can show up exactly as they are and assist them along their journey of healing and growth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 11 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life-transition challenges. I help clients navigate mental health symptoms, family and social dynamics, past traumas, and stressful life changes. My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative, and I work to help clients strengthen their mental and emotional well-being, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. I take the time to understand each person’s unique situation and integrate therapeutic modalities that truly support their goals. I draw from a person-in-environment perspective and focus on creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
Seeking support is a powerful first step, and you deserve care that honors your story and meets you where you are. I’m here to help you untangle what feels overwhelming and move toward healing at your own pace. When you're ready, schedule a session and give yourself the opportunity to grow, reconnect, and step forward with confidence.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is considered the most effective psychotherapy for anxiety.
CBT combines cognitive therapy and behavior therapy. Cognitive therapy helps patients identify thoughts that trigger anxiety and replace them with more realistic ones. Behavior therapy teaches patients coping skills for dealing with different problems.
I know a client is making meaningful progress when they consistently practice the techniques given in therapy.
Clients can supplement their time in anxiety therapy by consistently practicing the techniques learned in therapy.
