Clare Malchiodi is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with over 22 years of experience. With over 5 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Molly Berger specializes in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She has developed a deep expertise in working with clients who have co-occurring disorders, as well as children facing challenges such as ADHD and executive functioning issues. Molly is also familiar with supporting individuals through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, behavioral difficulties, and relationship challenges.

Molly earned her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. She is certified in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing and also uses attachment-based therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychoanalysis in her practice.

Monica is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She is passionate about helping people find strength and peace as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges. She has experience coming alongside others to process feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, and grief in order to attain a sense of balance and purpose. Monica enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. 

Monica completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at James Madison University and earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Columbia International University. She utilizes a holistic, strength-based, and faith-based teaching approach that values the unique experiences and perspectives of every individual she serves. Monica listens to and encourages clients to both gain insight into unhealthy patterns and practice individualized coping skills to achieve their goals. She applies a variety of counseling approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Christian counseling, play therapy, and expressive arts.
