About
As someone who has experienced trauma and life after divorce, I bring a deeply empathetic, real-world perspective to helping others find emotional stability and renewed strength.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 2 years of experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I strive to create a safe, steady space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward clarity and healing. My work centers on helping people build confidence, regulate emotions, and reconnect with their strengths as they take meaningful steps toward personal well-being.
I earned my doctoral degree in nursing from Chamberlain University. My approach integrates evidence-based, person-centered treatment with practical tools that help clients make real progress. I draw from cognitive behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices to support emotional balance and long-term resilience.
You deserve a space where you can breathe, feel heard, and begin healing at your own pace. Whether you are exploring past experiences, developing coping skills, or seeking greater stability, I am here to support you with compassion and clarity. If you’re ready, I’d be honored to help you begin your next steps toward growth, confidence, and lasting change.

OCD counseling is a specialized therapeutic approach aimed at supporting individuals coping with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
In OCD counseling, Thriveworks Bethlehem therapists use cognitive behavioral techniques, including exposure and response prevention, to assist you in addressing and managing your obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. An OCD therapist will collaborate with you to identify and modify irrational thought patterns while gradually and gently exposing you to anxiety-triggering situations, helping to disrupt the cycle of obsessive-compulsive rituals and promote healthier coping strategies.
Thriveworks OCD counseling in Bethlehem, PA is conducted both in person and online by video. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you.
The number of sessions for OCD counseling is variable, contingent upon the individual’s unique needs, the severity of their condition, and their progress during treatment. Typically, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), commonly used for OCD, comprises around 12 to 16 weekly sessions, but the exact session count can be customized based on the individual’s response to treatment and therapeutic objectives. Some opt for a more extended duration to comprehensively manage symptoms and address complex issues.
