About
As one who has experience with personal trauma and loss, I help my clients find hope and meaning while navigating life’s challenges with compassion, respect, curiosity, and practical tools for lasting well-being.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 3 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, depression, and parenting concerns. I help clients explore their emotions, strengthen their connections, and develop healthier patterns in their daily lives. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and grounded space where you can gain insight, build new skills, and feel more empowered in your healing journey.
I earned my master’s in marriage and family therapy from Capella University. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, and emotion-focused techniques to support deeper awareness and lasting change. Together, we will identify patterns that no longer serve you and create balance in your life.
Reaching out for support is a brave step, and you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Healing and growth are possible. Therapy can be a meaningful step toward the change you’re seeking, and it is an honor to walk alongside you. Together, we can create the space you need to heal, grow, and thrive.

I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 2 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan. I work with individuals navigating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, autism, OCD, and everyday stressors. In our work together, we focus on building healthier routines, strengthening coping skills, and creating a sense of balance and well-being that fits your life.
I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit and specialize in medication management with supportive psychotherapy when helpful. I take a holistic, patient-centered approach and partner with each person to explore their needs, goals, and the strategies that support sustainable well-being.

OCD counseling is a specialized therapeutic approach aimed at supporting individuals coping with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
In OCD counseling, Thriveworks Bethlehem therapists use cognitive behavioral techniques, including exposure and response prevention, to assist you in addressing and managing your obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. An OCD therapist will collaborate with you to identify and modify irrational thought patterns while gradually and gently exposing you to anxiety-triggering situations, helping to disrupt the cycle of obsessive-compulsive rituals and promote healthier coping strategies.
Thriveworks OCD counseling in Bethlehem, PA is conducted both in person and online by video. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you.
The number of sessions for OCD counseling is variable, contingent upon the individual’s unique needs, the severity of their condition, and their progress during treatment. Typically, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), commonly used for OCD, comprises around 12 to 16 weekly sessions, but the exact session count can be customized based on the individual’s response to treatment and therapeutic objectives. Some opt for a more extended duration to comprehensively manage symptoms and address complex issues.
