As a woman of color and parent, I understand the unique challenges of overcoming barriers while navigating through life transitions.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Human Services in 2017 and my Master of Science with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling in 2020. In 2023, I completed Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training. I have gained experience working with individuals as a certified nursing assistant, childcare provider, substance abuse counselor, behavioral therapist, and in a private practice setting working with children and families.
Together, we will work to decrease impulsive behaviors, thoughts, and emotions that interfere with daily functioning and self-growth. Exploring positive alternatives and healthy habits will improve your ability to face life's stressors. Building trust, healthy rapport, and a new mindset is vital to lasting success.
My job is not to convince you to live a productive life, but to explore skills that help you take control of your own direction. I work with individuals navigating self-discovery, communication, acceptance, life transitions, anxiety, depression, burnout, and women's issues. All progress made in therapy is success—and an encouragement to keep going.

My name is Judith Pantalino, and I've gone by Judy since childhood. I earned my MS in Community Counseling from Wilmington University in May 2013 and am licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in Delaware. I work with clients experiencing anxiety and depressive symptoms due to grief and loss—most often through the death of a loved one. My bereavement clients are often navigating loneliness for the first time in their lives, whether they've lost a spouse of many decades or a child at any age. This type of healing tends to be a long-term emotional recuperation with weekly therapy sessions.
I begin the therapeutic process using person-centered therapy. I like to add onto this process with CBT. It is a collaborative process between the client and therapist together and is helpful in identifying and changing negative thoughts and behaviors. These thoughts and behaviors can be the cause of your anxiety, stress and/or depressive thoughts.
I believe in you as you make your first step towards a more peaceful life. Each step matters as you progress in your well-being. Lawrence Davis a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of professional work experience who has had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Lawrence's experience ranges from working with the elderly in hospital settings to crisis stabilization efforts and longer-term recovery in a community mental health center—and some programs in between. Lawrence has learned to meet people where they are and make it safe for folks to tell their stories. Lawrence has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & depression.

The duration of your individual therapy sessions will vary. The decision on the number and frequency of sessions is typically collaboratively determined by the client and therapist.
At Thriveworks, we accept most major insurance plans, allowing many clients to pay as little as $0–$50 per session with their co-pay. We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state.
