About
I find it truly rewarding to help those who are struggling mentally.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 6 years of experience, including 5 years dedicated to psychiatric care. I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique journey. My goal is to empower clients to achieve stability, improve their quality of life, and rediscover joy in their daily experiences.
I hold a Doctorate in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. My approach combines empathic listening with motivational interviewing to create a safe space where clients feel understood and supported. By helping individuals recognize their strengths and guiding them toward meaningful change, I support lasting growth and resilience.
I welcome clients to connect with me in a supportive and collaborative environment, whether in person or through convenient telehealth visits. My care is designed to help individuals find balance, build resilience, and improve their overall quality of life. Together, we can work toward a stronger sense of peace and well-being.

Thriveworks Couples therapy helps couples work through their specific relationship issues. It is led by licensed professionals — often licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs) — who are experts in their field and best-equipped to help couples. Some examples of common focuses within couples therapy include:
Couples therapy works by helping couples identify and better navigate their unique challenges. Following an initial assessment of the couple in terms of strengths and needs, the therapist would then discuss their therapeutic goals and any possible approaches or ways of working together as therapist and couple.Couples attend sessions together, whether they meet in person or by video. In addition to regular couples therapy sessions, each partner may also be asked to attend a few individual sessions to supplement their progress. This will allow their counselor to get to know each individual better, assess each of their personal needs, and develop the very best treatment plan moving forward.
Couples therapy at Thriveworks is conducted both in person and via Online therapy. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you and your partner.
On average, couples attend couples therapy for 12 weeks. However, couples therapy may last longer or shorter, dependent on the couples’ needs, the challenges they’d like to work through, and the pace of their progress.
When difficult emotions and hard times arise, partners may wonder if it is time to break off the relationship. Some decide to part ways, but others work through the challenge and grow closer in the process. No one can make that decision except those within the relationship, but more and more, couples are reach out for help. They are going to couples therapy.

TV shows and movies are filled with models of unrealistic romantic relationships. The way that couples relate to each other on-screen is often sweet but it is rarely realistic. Everyday couples can never live up to those standards, and if they tried, they would exhaust themselves. So, what do happy couples look like?
1) They do not keep secrets, but instead they are fully known and accepted.
2) They maintain their individuality.
3) They handle disagreements with respect.
4) They make time together a priority.
5) They cheer each other on toward their goals.
6) They make sacrifices.
