I’m a licensed therapist with 13 years of clinical experience, and I work with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship stress, parenting stress, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, worn down, stuck, or disconnected, even if they look like they’re holding it together on the outside.
