I meet clients where they are and identify what concerns have brought you to therapy. We come up with a plan together to help you reach your goals in therapy. I have experience working with individual clients, couples, adolescents and young children. I use multiple interventions and identify those specifically to meet each clients needs. A little about myself, my education concentrated on counseling and I earned a Masters in Social work and Education in Human Sexuality. Where I focused on identified sexual functioning issues, and working with relationship problems with couples primarily concentrating on sexual concerns. In addition my education focused on working with the LGBTQIA populations. I worked extensively with clients who have experienced trauma, PTSD, parenting and issues with children. I have experience running women’s groups, sex education, early recovery, and couples groups. My theoretical orientation is psycho dynamic, ego psych, family systems therapy. I use interventions such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma informed and strength based. I currently hold my LCSW in the state of PA and have been working and living with my family in the Center City area since 2015.
