I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 8 years of experience in mental health care. I work with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, and other mood and behavioral conditions. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed, stuck, or discouraged by their symptoms and are seeking greater emotional balance, clarity, and stability in their daily lives.
