Grace Fultang-Shadzeka is a board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who manages and treats various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, panic disorders, and sleep/insomnia. She is passionate about providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management. she believes in a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment that encourages engagement in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and the use of medication to manage psychiatric symptoms. In addition, her person-centered approach to care fosters a collaborative relationship focused on the experience and treatment goals of every individual she works with.
Grace completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Walden University. She uses an evidence-based and holistic approach to enhance each individual's adaptive and healing capability. She encourages self-care and personal responsibility, fostering independence and a sense of empowerment. Raymond Obiajulu is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He completed his master’s degree program at Walden University. After his introduction to the key areas of nursing, he found that psychiatry comprised the exact sort of comprehensive and holistic healthcare that he wished to practice. Raymond has experience treating a wide range of conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and dementia. He incorporates an evidence-based approach in his practice with a focus on holistic mental health treatment.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, he serves as a patient advocate, providing continuity of care, managing total care, and attending to issues that affected his patients' physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Raymond looks forward to collaborating with his colleagues and other healthcare team members to provide the best patient care possible to our community, while they teach, learn, and build lifelong relationships with their patients and each other.
