As a survivor of domestic violence, I bring a deep personal understanding of how trauma shapes a person’s life, which fuels my passion for empowering others with compassion, hope, and guidance as they reclaim their voice, rebuild confidence, and move forward with resilience.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 3 years of experience providing mental health services to adults and children in telehealth and agency settings. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
I earned my master’s degree in counseling from Troy University. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to support emotional regulation, insight, and healthy coping skills.

We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state. CBT is commonly chosen for addressing conditions such as anxiety and depression, whereas DBT is especially beneficial for individuals dealing with borderline personality disorder, emotional regulation issues, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
