About
I prioritize having a genuine, organic connection with each client to lay the groundwork to do the work!
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with nearly 10 years of experience supporting adults and families through challenges including addiction, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life stressors. My background includes work in both outpatient and inpatient substance use treatment programs, as well as community mental health settings. I am passionate about helping clients build insight, develop healthy coping skills, discover their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I provide empathy, compassion, and safe space for clients to explore their challenges and strengths. I bring personality and a strengths based approach to sessions that utilize cognitive, dialectical, motivational, and experiential therapy.
Whether a client is exploring the need for change or ready to make change, I am ready to provide a safe and curious space for them. I believe each client knows themselves best and am excited to witness their growth and am honored to provide support and another perspective along the way.

I don’t believe our struggles or shortcomings define us — they shape us. My work is informed by professional training and enriched by my own experiences with trauma, loss, and healing, allowing me to offer a space where clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change while recognizing their resilience, strengths, and capacity for growth.
I am a licensed professional counselor with over six years of experience in behavioral and mental health counseling. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, grief, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based techniques to help clients develop healthy coping skills and build resilience. I have a special interest in helping clients process trauma and how childhood experiences can shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviors into adulthood.
If you're carrying pain from past experiences, feeling stuck, or simply trying to understand yourself better, you don't have to go through it alone. Healing is possible, and it often begins with being heard. If you feel ready, I invite you to take the next step toward change and begin your journey toward healing and growth.
