I’m Jacob Glose, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and Arkansas with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide individual and couples therapy and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. I am trained in EMDR and offer trauma-informed care for clients looking to process difficult past experiences and move forward with more clarity and stability. My approach to therapy is collaborative and honest. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience supporting adults through challenges in all stages of life. Justin Mann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has 8 years of experience in the mental health field. Justin specializes in helping people overcome their struggles with depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. He also specializes in couples counseling and family therapy. Justin enjoys playing music and spending time with his wife and two sons. 

Justin completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) at Saint Louis University, where he graduated as part of the Phi Alpha Honor Society. He has certifications in Co-Occurring Disorders and Medication Assisted Recovery. Justin's training and approach include evidence-based practices designed to help people change the way they think, which can effectively change the world around them. These techniques combined with a strong sense of empathy and a strengths-based approach have allowed him to help his clients realize their full potential. As a musician, Justin also enjoys incorporating elements of music and creativity, as he feels these are very helpful tools to help cope with what life brings you.

Sam holds a Master’s in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. With experience in multiple modes of therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing, he offers a flexible approach to each client as they explore their unique internal experience.
