I am a dually licensed clinician who has over 16 years experience in clinical social work. My background includes over 20 years in the child welfare system dealing with abuse, neglect, trauma and individual/family issues.

I have assisted my clients with gaining and finding self validation, self-worth and opportunities to engage in self reflection at their own pace. I meet clients where they are at and highlight growth. Recognizing that each person has their own experiences and perceptions and deserve respect and dignity.

Sarah Zych is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate with over 6 years of experience. She specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, grief, and life transitions. Sarah is passionate about providing a safe, supportive space for healing and growth across all stages of life.

Sarah earned her Master’s in Social Work from Aurora University. She brings experience in crisis intervention and medical and school social work, and utilizes evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and art therapy.

Ryan Adamczyk Ph.D., LCMHC, (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor) who has over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings. Ryan specializes in providing individual therapy for adolescents and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem problems, and spirituality/religious problems. Ryan also addresses relationship problems with clients who desire to engage in couples or familial counseling. Additionally, Ryan has an interest in supporting veterans and their families as well as people with various disabilities.

Ryan earned his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois, and has a Doctoral degree in Depth Psychology. He is a stroke survivor and has learned how to live a thriving life, despite the difficulties presented by his disability. This experience, which occurred at 18 months old, has equipped him with the persistence necessary to overcome adversity. Ryan desires to use his experience as a way to connect with his clientele, encouraging them to become overcomers in their own lives.
