I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 6 years of experience supporting adults facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and other mood and thought-related challenges. I provide a warm, grounded space for clients who want to better understand themselves, build emotional balance, and create sustainable change. I received an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University Seattle in 2021, and since have gained various experience working in community mental health, child advocacy, university healthcare, and group practice settings. I received full licensure in 2023, having been witness to great supervision and mentorship.
