About
Having lived experience with a multitude of situations and conditions, I use a whole person model approach to support a person in the exploration of their authentic self for healing, growth & development, and identifying their resilience in life's ups and downs.
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience. Working with individuals of varying backgrounds and challenging issues—including addictions (all forms), complex post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, and difficult life transitions—has given me the ability to see and support people through their most difficult burdens, help them gain skills and insight, and uncover their strengths, capabilities, and resolve. People just want to feel better, have a sense of agency, and live life with some peace. I am honored to walk that journey with them.
I draw on a multitude of clinical modalities. Looking at an individual's history, childhood experiences, strengths, and challenges helps determine the best course of action—and the client always has the final say in their care. I am honest, compassionately confrontational, and reality-based, helping clients find the courage and insight to reach their goals.
I understand the difficulty in asking for help and the resistance to leaning on someone else to make real changes. I know the hurt you don't want anyone to know about and the deep-seated need to be understood. Let me walk alongside you—offering support, encouragement, and insight. Take that HUGE step forward and schedule an appointment. I am here for you.

Grounded in my own experience with trauma and loss, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach that helps you process life’s challenges and build empowering skills for lasting change.
Hi, I'm Brittany Hall, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Jacksonville State University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and client-centered care. I work with adults and adolescents facing trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions—drawing from my own experiences with personal trauma and loss to offer an authentic understanding of how painful circumstances impact us while helping you build skills that foster healing and growth.
My approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based methods, and trauma-informed care to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills for everyday life. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered—and where the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a source of support and growth.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at your own pace. When you’re ready, I invite you to take the next step and begin your journey toward healing and growth.
