As a woman who has experienced both personal trauma and anxiety, I understand the weight of carrying such fear and worry as one seeks emotional healing and joy.
I am a licensed certified social worker (LCSW) with 5 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and challenging family or relationship dynamics. I help individuals build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and navigate stress with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to create a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel understood and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
I hold a master’s degree in social work from New York University and have worked with clients in both in-person and virtual settings. My approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-focused interventions to help clients manage symptoms, increase resilience, and make sustainable progress.

At Thriveworks, we accept most major insurance plans, allowing many clients to pay as little as $0–$50 per session with their co-pay. We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state.
