Stephanie is trained in EMDR - She is dedicated to helping others navigate life transitions, process grief or trauma, and explore their identity. Stephanie’s ideal client wants to collaborate to regain control of their narrative. Motivated by her own experience navigating mental health, Stephanie is committed to supporting children, adolescents, and adults on the journey toward embracing their authentic selves. She works with all populations, backgrounds, and diagnoses.

Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She blends counseling theories and techniques to tailor interventions to meet each client's specific needs. She has worked with people ages 5-80 with a broad spectrum of disorders. Her areas of specialty are treating trauma with accelerated resolution therapy, as well as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and ADHD.

Jamie Bullock is a licensed professional counselor out of Virginia clinically certified in Trauma and EMDR certified who has over seventeen years experience in the mental health field. During this time she has provided therapeutic care to children, teens and adults. She has worked with clients seeking help for substance abuse issue’s, dual- diagnoses (mental health and substance abuse), anxiety, depression, conduct disorder, explosive disorder, oppositional defiance disorder, couples, families, sexual disorders, obsessive disorder, general life skills and specializes in trauma. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology and Criminal Justice at Drury University and her Master's of Counseling with a dual emphasis of marriage, family, children and mental health at Webster University.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Liberty University, where I gained a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. I integrate communication skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy, Christian interventions, and trauma reprocessing into my work. Sean received his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University. Lynn Lemon is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 5 years of clinical experience working with adults in the mental health field. Lynn has experience with individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, substance abuse disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. 

She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Lynn’s therapeutic approach, although eclectic, is greatly influenced by Psychodynamic theory. Each client comes to therapy with different needs and Lynn collaborates with them developing a unique treatment plan. 

She believes in order to move forward one must look within and to the past to uncover obstacles preventing change. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is also used to assist the client in changing negative thought patterns and exposure therapy is also used to overcome the avoidance of situations causing anxiety.

Maclovia Butler is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Virginia and Georgia, and a National Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors. Maclovia has over 25 years of experience in the mental health field and more than 12 years as an LPC. She has worked with adults, children, and families in private to non-profit settings, specializing in clientele dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Anne O'Hara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 4 years of experience in community mental health and a passion for empowering clients and fostering meaningful change.
