Lindsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, with 25 years of experience helping teens, adults, and couples find an optimal way to navigate life's issues. Lindsey specializes in depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, trauma, grief, substance use issues, managing anger or stress, unproductive communication patterns, phase of life issues, and more.

Lindsey completed her undergraduate degree in Speech (Radio and TV track) from Radford University. She worked in the Broadcast Marketing Industry for 11 years before returning to Radford to complete her Master of Science degree in Community Agency Counseling. Her broadcast marketing skills enabled her to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences. Her experience in this area developed the skills necessary to collaboratively define, plan, and implement creative solutions to a wide variety of challenges. In the 24 years since earning her Master's in Counseling, Lindsey has acquired a complementary set of skills, also used to assist her clients in defining and proactively exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to optimize an individual's (or couple's) sense of satisfaction and happiness in their daily lives. Lindsey uses an eclectic approach to therapy, employing techniques from a broad range of theories. Most important to her is a "person-centered" approach which allows one to feel heard and respected. Lindsey also utilizes skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and more, tailoring intentional interventions to the unique needs of her clients. Reece Cumbo is a Supervisee in Social Work with 14 years of experience in his field. He specializes in supporting individuals and families with issues including mental stress, life transitions, domestic abuse, family conflict, and gender identity concerns. Reece has a background in youth counseling in diverse settings such as homes, schools, probation, out-of-home placement, and out-of-school placement. Reece has a Master of Social Work from East Tennessee State University. Dayton Olsen is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience. He specializes in supporting individuals of all ages through substance use/addiction, mood disorders, serious mental illness, trauma/PTSD, and stress-related conditions. Dayton has a diverse background in community healthcare settings. He takes the perspective that most emotional and mental pain is a result of emotional injury or unresolved emotion and by extension, talk therapy is something that facilitates the mind and body’s natural healing process.

Dayton graduated from Radford University with a Master of Science in Counselor Education. He utilizes existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and motivational intervewing. Dayton is only providing EMDR in-person at this time.

She has had the opportunity to work in private practice, two university counseling centers, and crisis services at a community service board. Shannon has an M.A. in Professional Counseling and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2022 with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. Gina "Mia" Anderson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia with over 7 years of experience. She specializes in working with younger populations, helping clients overcome a range of mental health issues, including depression, stress, anxiety, anger, ADHD, addictions, LGBTIAQ+-related issues, trauma, and abuse.

Mia completed her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University and chose to become a counselor rather than play professional basketball overseas. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy (TFT), and mindfulness-based practices to create a personalized treatment plan.

Kyle is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience. She is an experienced practitioner working with people of all ages but has come to specialize in adolescents through adulthood. Some of the diagnoses that Kyle is experienced in treating include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, family systems and attachment disorders, substance-related disorders, stage of life changes, and grief and loss. 

Kyle has extensive experience in providing trauma-informed care with several years of experience working in the hospital setting. Kyle also has experience in supporting first responders, medical professionals, and military personnel in addition to other professions that experience increased critical incidents and increased risk for PTSD and caregiver fatigue. Her many years in the Emergency Room setting provide her with a unique understanding of the needs of these amazing Heroes.

Kyle has a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She has worked in community mental health and private practice settings for several years.
