About
Building a trusting, compassionate partnership is the foundation of meaningful mental health care and lasting recovery.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 13 years of experience supporting adults in their mental health and recovery journeys. Throughout my career, I have worked as both a nurse clinician and nurse practitioner in community mental health settings, including providing outpatient behavioral health services. I specialize in addiction medicine and treat alcohol and opioid use disorders, as well as a range of behavioral health concerns. My approach centers on respect, dignity, safety, and whole-person well-being.
I earned my Master of Science in nursing from Quinnipiac University. I utilize medication-assisted treatment using Suboxone, buprenorphine, oral naltrexone, and acamprosate. I prioritize building strong therapeutic alliances and collaborative treatment plans.
I provide a safe, supportive environment where you can openly share your concerns and work toward your recovery goals. Together, we will develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs, helping you strengthen resilience, gain stability, and move forward with confidence.

Psychiatry allows people struggling to manage mental conditions or disorders to get access to medications that will make daily functioning easier, as well as work through any mental factors that might be causing or worsening their condition. Though medications can’t cure mental disorders, medication can make symptoms more manageable, making the process of psychotherapeutic treatment easier and more effective. Psychiatric care can be available through in-person psychiatry and online psychiatry, depending on where you live and your own preferences. However, psychiatric providers at Thriveworks in New Haven, CT specifically offer online psychiatry to their clients.
