Life has handed me my fair share of struggles, and because of that, I feel I can help others overcome their pain.
I am an LPC with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in both community-based settings and private practice, supporting individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults and specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
I earned my master’s degree in community counseling from the University of Oklahoma. My clinical approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, and I am trauma-trained. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs while providing practical tools to support emotional growth and long-term change.
I am dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges and work toward meaningful goals.
