About
As a counselor it is my job, without judgement, to meet you wherever you are and walk with you wherever you need to go.
I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find a healthy life balance. I work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. I also have the honor of working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to support clients in achieving emotional well-being and personal growth. I believe it's essential to explore what brings us happiness and fulfillment—I practice this in my own life through building Legos, creating artwork, and SCUBA diving.
I am deeply committed to offering empathetic, direct, and compassionate care. I prioritize active listening in every session, ensuring clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where clients can process their emotions, learn healthy coping skills, and move forward in a positive direction.

As a black and native american woman, who is authentically me. It is imperative that we persevere, and keep striving, no matter the circumstance. If you are willing to do the work, I can walk the journey alongside you.
Hello! I am Jasmine, a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have been a mental health provider for five years, and a primary care nurse practitioner for almost 10 years. I have experience with patients as young as four years old until the end of life.
My methods are simple, and I like to use the least amount of medication possible to manage symptoms. I am a strong believer in what we think, is what we believe, is what we become! Our mental power is our best power, and each person should take their power back from situations and from trauma.
When life gives us lemons, we just make ourselves a glass of lemonade. I can't wait to enjoy a cup with you! Stay encouraged, and if you are doing your best, that is in fact enough.
You deserve dedicated time with a mental health professional — it can be life-changing.

In certain respects, addiction is a very personal illness. How it develops and the form it takes are often personal and unique to each individual it infects. Addiction can take many forms. It can take the form of substance abuse wherein people become addicted to prescription drugs, alcohol, heroin, cocaine, food—the list could go on. Addiction can take the form of a compulsive activity like having sex, shopping, gambling, playing video games, using pornography—the list could go on.
In other respects, regardless of how addiction manifests outwardly, what is happening on the inside is the same. Addiction alters the way that the brain functions. It overloads the brain with pleasure hormones and by-passes natural control responses. What does this look like in daily life? Here are a few signs and symptoms that addiction is wreaking havoc in someone’s brain:
