I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have extensive experience working with adults in crisis, including those navigating severe mental illness, suicidal ideation, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, and adjustment disorders. My clinical background includes work in psychiatric hospital settings, providing intensive therapeutic support.
I hold a master’s in counseling psychology from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. My eclectic approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
