Caroline Carlson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of North Carolina and Florida with over 8 years of experience. Levi Galford is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina. He has years of experience helping adults and couples to overcome concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, life transitions, anger, infidelity, communication issues, and other life stressors.

Levi completed his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness skills training, and motivational skills, he tailors each session to each client's unique strengths and circumstances.
