My name is Lavon Pinder, and I have been in practice for 22 years. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Francis Marion University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. Drawing on both my education and clinical experience, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and grief—helping them build resilience, find meaning, and move toward greater emotional well-being. 

I focus on communication challenges, isolation, social anxiety, life purpose, forgiveness, divorce and separation, caregiver stress, women's issues, and postpartum depression. Bailey is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice in South Carolina. She has experience working with children, teens, families, and adults dealing with such issues as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral issues, and general stress. Bailey’s passion is working with children and families as they learn, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. She fosters an encouraging and safe environment for everyone including, but not limited to, those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Bailey hopes that through this environment, people feel open to discussing their life’s struggles and goals and feel empowered to make changes when needed.

Bailey completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Kentucky. She uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach in order to help people realize their full potential. I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 3 years of experience providing evidence-based, person-centered care. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Clemson University. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. She has worked in many capacities, once serving as a counselor in a level 2 state prison and as regional director of a private rehabilitative behavioral health organization. Dominique understands the complexities of life, which enables her to provide support and guidance to all clients seeking help. She utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, positive psychology to include the use of positive affirmations, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
