I am here to partner with you in your healing journey to overcome these challenges and work towards the life you have envisioned for yourself or your relationship.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) in the state of North Carolina, with years of experience helping adults and couples navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, life transitions, anger, infidelity, communication issues, and other life stressors.
I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. In my practice, I combine cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness skills training, and motivational techniques to tailor each session to fit the unique strengths and circumstances of my clients.
I am passionate about helping individuals use their strengths and equipping them with new skills to achieve their goals. My goal is to provide individuals or couples with a space of empathy and acceptance where they can explore their goals, share without judgment, and work toward the life they've long envisioned for themselves.

Jarrett completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) at West Virginia University. He is a certified personal trainer and a certified yoga instructor. He is a very outgoing young man, able to converse with many people of diverse backgrounds, ages, and lifestyles. He can carry on conversations in a way that makes people feel comfortable speaking to him about their wishes or needs. Jarrett’s strongest asset is his personality. While marriage and couple’s counseling is typically recommended for couples who are experiencing persistent or severe relationship issues, any relationship can benefit from attending these sessions.
Marriage and couples counseling at Thriveworks is conducted both in person and online by video. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you and your partner.
On average, couples attend marriage and couples counseling for 12 weeks. However, couples & marriage counseling may last longer or shorter, dependent on the couples’ needs, the challenges they’d like to work through, and the pace of their progress.
At Thriveworks, we accept most major insurance plans, allowing many clients to pay as little as $0–$50 per session with their co-pay. We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state.
