Anita Webster is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience working with people who want to work on their mental well-being. Anita is a person-centered clinician who believes that we are all unique and desire connection and to live a genuine life. She specializes in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma (past and present), workplace conflict, parenting, postnatal depression, adjustment to parenting, relationship issues, and major life transitions and stressors. Anita is Australian and married to an American. Having lived and worked in Australia, England, Asia, and most recently the US, she understands the ups and downs of moving countries several times. Anita understands the stressors of being in new environments and can assist clients who are transitioning to new things in their lives or who have recently moved and in need of support.
Anita completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Monash University in Australia. She utilizes several different techniques in her therapeutic approach including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Given Anita's extensive experience working with trauma, she also works from a trauma-informed approach and utilizes trauma-specific interventions. She is particularly interested in how our minds and bodies intersect and how our thoughts and health can impact each other. Anita is flexible and adaptable in her therapeutic approach and always ensures she is meeting the client's needs.

Shanti Hubbard is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 5 years of experience helping victims and families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.
