I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to resilience and independence. I earned my Master of Social Work from Florida International University. I completed professional training through the Beck Institute and have used CBT as the foundation of my work since 2006. I also incorporate motivational interviewing, psychodynamic approaches, and acceptance and commitment therapy into treatment.
