I'm a bilingual psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who believes mental health care should feel personal, collaborative, and judgment-free. I provide both medication management and psychotherapy, allowing us to address your mental health from a whole-person perspective. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and panic. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and welcome clients from all backgrounds, including those seeking culturally responsive care in either language.

I work with clients who have ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges. I'm a fun-loving mom of teens and young adults who knows firsthand that life can be messy, stressful, and unpredictable—whether you're a teen navigating school and friendships, a parent juggling family and work, or an adult facing life's unexpected challenges. I see each client as a unique person and understand that mental health isn't one-size-fits-all.

I take a holistic, individualized approach to care, seeing each person as more than their diagnosis. Gary Zurawski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCSW, CADC) with over 21 years of professional experience treating teens, adults, and seniors who are struggling to manage the negative effects of anxiety, depression, poor coping skills, family conflict, racial identity issues, substance use, dysfunctional relationships, and more.

Krystle Kellick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been using CBT to help her clients for the past 2 years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. CBT to used to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. She will then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
