Gayle Springer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 3 years of experience in working with adults and seniors with mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, and anger. Gayle also has experience supporting individuals through life transitions such as career changes and divorce, stress, and relationship and family issues. She has supported underserved populations, including those who struggle with childhood trauma, substance use, recovery, and crisis intervention.

Gayle earned a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She utilizes a variety of clinical approaches that are targeted to clients’ needs, including supportive talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, mindfulness-based methods, and solutions-focused therapy.

Rosemary is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Michigan. Rosemary has worked as a counselor for over ten years with clients across a broad spectrum, who are dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship issues, procrastination, domestic violence, career/vocational exploration, and sexual abuse.

Primarily, Rosemary uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psycho-educational, and person-centered modes of therapy when she interacts with clients. Together, the client and Rosemary, select goals and then work to bring these to fruition.

Rebecca Hockridge is a licensed professional counselor as well as a licensed school counselor. She has a diverse portfolio that includes specializing in attention deficit issues, anxiety, depression, and general life stage adjustment which includes family and youth counseling. Rebecca also is an experienced career and life transition counseling. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State where she also studied women’s issues. After working as a social worker for more than 10 years, she earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and School Counseling at Oakland University. She uses a systems approach to counseling and specializes in treating the whole individual as part of the unique system. Her counseling approach is holistic with an emphasis on a healthy system environment that utilizes relational, collaborative, strength based, cognitive behavioral, solution focused and emotionally focused approaches to therapy. Her goal is to help you find meaning and focus in your life by utilizing a warm, caring, and practical counseling approach. Katlynn "Katie" Bovee is a Licensed Clinical Master Social Worker (LMSW-C) with nearly 4 years of experience helping adult clients to better cope with addictions, grief, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress, women’s issues, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and career-related issues.

Katie earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University. She has a relaxed teamwork approach, where her clients are seen as the expert in their own lives. As a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Katie understands the connection between trauma, isolation, and substance abuse.

She enjoys helping her clients process their history of trauma while learning how to cope and make peace with their past. Katie's goal is always to meet her clients where they are at and work as a team to help their symptoms improve from wherever they are at.

I completed my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. Erica White is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience. Erica believes that although an individual may be affected by life challenges, those experiences need not serve as a barrier to growth. She believes in the power of therapy and faith toward helping clients nurture their strengths, accept themselves, and heal from and ultimately use life challenges as catalysts for growth. Erica owns and is a therapist at IMPACCTT (Innovative Mentoring Passionate Advocacy and Creative Community-Based Treatment Techniques), treating children, teens, and adults with abuse, neglect, grief, and/or loss histories.

Erica earned her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. She heavily utilizes therapeutic tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and psychoeducation. Erica has a great deal of experience with providing client-centered, nonjudgmental, empowerment-based, and educational support.

Jhenna Jamal VanTimmeren is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-C) with years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults to reach their full potential by addressing their unique struggles. She seeks to improve individual self-confidence and decision-making by equipping individuals with the tools they need to navigate life's stressors. Jhenna specializes in treating anxiety sexual abuse, trauma, and PTSD.

Jhenna earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University and her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University. During her Master's program, she received a specialization in school social work. Jhenna has worked as an intern with child sexual abuse survivors and is trained in behavior modification tracking and planning.

Jhenna seeks to provide a safe and comforting space where individuals feel free to open up and share the difficulties they are facing in their lives. She aims to share helpful tools and strategies to equip everyone with the ability to cope with their particular challenges. Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years in the mental health field working with clients to improve life satisfaction. She specializes in treating adults and children who are struggling with depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, trauma, abuse, neglect, relationship difficulties, adjustment issues, grief and loss, parenting support, and substance use disorders.

Crystal has a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an advanced specialization in treating children and adolescents from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She is trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Crystal has also completed the Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
