About
I believe that healing begins with feeling genuinely heard, and I strive to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward your goals.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing evidence-based, person-centered care across the lifespan. I assess, diagnose, and treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and substance use disorders. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults facing emotional distress, life transitions, and mood disorders. Many clients seek relief from overwhelming symptoms and greater emotional balance. I create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered, and we develop individualized treatment plans that promote resilience and recovery.
My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, helping clients build skills while addressing underlying factors. I integrate psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy tailored to each client's goals. My specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related, and substance use disorders.
Reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're facing a difficult season or seeking long-term growth, I'm committed to meeting you with compassion and individualized care. When you're ready, I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey toward healing.
