I strive to help others find happiness and direction by using empathy and acceptance to assist the client in learning how to utilize the tools that they need to heal and find peace again.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience supporting adults, teens, and children through life’s challenges. I’ve worked in outpatient, short-term inpatient, and residential settings, and I have a particular passion for helping adults navigate the transitions that come with aging. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, and I strive to help my clients discover new perspectives, identify their goals, and take meaningful steps toward creating a more fulfilling life.
I earned my Master’s in Community Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas and hold certification in tech-assisted counseling. I use a client-centered approach to help individuals identify what they want to achieve and develop personalized plans to reach their goals, always honoring their autonomy and lived experience.

Brad Hays is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 28 years of counseling experience. He is independently credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. Given the current times in our society, therapists treating depression and anxiety are common. Brad specializes in treating those who are struggling with mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance use, life adjustments, divorce, grief, victims of abuse, sexual trauma, and anger management. He especially enjoys working with couples.

Pam earned her Bachelor's degree Behavioral Sciences from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, and her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee-Memphis. Her counseling style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Her therapy style is eclectic, though she tends to lean more towards cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family origin issues.

Maylynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She completed her degree at ASU in 2009. She has worked in many different settings and with different diagnoses. Maylynn has experience practicing in inpatient, community mental health, non-profits, schools, and private practice. Her strengths are in self-esteem, depression, anxiety, family issues, career goals, and a variety of other issues. She enjoys this work and is passionate about the pivotal transitional times in life. Maylynn completed her degree at ASU Jonesboro in 2009.
