I am a licensed marriage and family therapist associate (LMFT-A) with 9 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relational challenges, emotional stressors, and major life transitions. I have worked across diverse settings providing in-home services, crisis intervention, parenting and co-parenting support, and family-focused care. I’m committed to helping clients strengthen communication, build emotional resilience, and create healthier, more fulfilling connections.
I earned my master’s in marriage and family therapy from Brandman University. I take a personalized, evidence-based approach, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy.
