About
My therapy journey began with a curiosity about human resilience and a desire to help others find strength in the face of life’s challenges.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 26 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients in both outpatient and inpatient settings who are experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including varying levels of emotional distress. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy to support emotional regulation and coping skills.
I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I look forward to partnering with you to help you reach your goals and improve your overall well-being. I invite you to schedule an initial session when you are ready to begin.
