About
I believe that true healing involves the whole self—mind, body, and breath—and I guide clients toward balance through an integrative, embodied approach.
I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience helping individuals strengthen the mind-body connection to support emotional healing. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder, and I look forward to expanding my practice to include children in the future. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I listen closely and partner with you to find strategies that fit your unique needs, helping you feel grounded, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and have a background in nutrition. I take a holistic approach that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy with mindfulness, breathwork, and movement.
Healing is a journey, and you don’t have to face it alone. I provide a compassionate, supportive space where your experiences are honored. Together, we can begin exploring a path toward a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilled version of you.

OCD counseling is a specialized therapeutic approach aimed at supporting individuals coping with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
In OCD counseling, Thriveworks Berkeley therapists use cognitive behavioral techniques, including exposure and response prevention, to assist you in addressing and managing your obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. An OCD therapist will collaborate with you to identify and modify irrational thought patterns while gradually and gently exposing you to anxiety-triggering situations, helping to disrupt the cycle of obsessive-compulsive rituals and promote healthier coping strategies.
Thriveworks OCD counseling in Berkeley, CA is conducted both in person and online by video. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you.
The number of sessions for OCD counseling is variable, contingent upon the individual’s unique needs, the severity of their condition, and their progress during treatment. Typically, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), commonly used for OCD, comprises around 12 to 16 weekly sessions, but the exact session count can be customized based on the individual’s response to treatment and therapeutic objectives. Some opt for a more extended duration to comprehensively manage symptoms and address complex issues.
