Sandy Springs Divorce Recovery – Therapists, Counselors and Coaches in Atlanta

When a couple gets married, they hope it lasts forever. We all know that this is not always the case. Divorce can be traumatic and completely shocking, or it can be expected and even welcome. Whether a couple was married for 5 months, 5 years, or 5 decades, there is a sense of loss and grief over the end of the marriage. How long a couple was married can help predict the adjustment period. Geneen is an absolutely wonderful therapist. She is extremely genuine and creates a safe non-judgemental space in our sessions. She is very patient, kind and wonderful at assisting in problem solving. She is a very active listener and demonstrates unconditional positive regard. She has great communication skills. As a retired therapist myself, I could go on and on about just what a great therapist she is.
