Noelle Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in hospital, inpatient, and residential levels of care. She is passionate about offering a non-judgmental, direct, and compassionate approach to aid clients in building resiliency and addressing their concerns in a safe and productive manner. She has experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, psychosis, and mood disorders. Noelle completed both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Auburn University.

Noelle’s experience in inpatient hospitalization and residential care has given her the skills and knowledge to help clients navigate severe mental health concerns. She uses an integrative approach along with other techniques like reality therapy, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most difficult challenges. My background includes providing psychotherapy in forensic settings and conducting emergency assessments for individuals in crisis. I primarily work with adults navigating the lasting effects of childhood trauma or struggling with anxiety, depression, or mood disorders. I aim to help clients uncover the roots of their pain, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing and self-acceptance.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Kennesaw State University. My therapeutic approach is humanistic, grounded in empathy and collaboration. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and schema therapy to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, build insight, and develop practical coping skills.

Kimberly Sullivan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience. She has worked in inpatient psychiatric settings, domestic/sexual assault clinics, and outpatient programs, supporting individuals through transitions, crises, and recovery. She enjoys working with individuals, emerging adults, couples, and families to help them identify what services and treatment paths are best suited to their goals and needs.

Kim earned her Master’s in Social Work from Walden University. She collaboratively identifies areas of growth and support based on client priorities. She helps clients navigate therapy without pressure, offering a safe space for exploring tools to reduce stress, solve problems, and uncover strengths.

Kim believes everyone holds the answers to their struggles, but sometimes needs guidance to access and apply them. Her approach is affirming and client-centered, focusing on activating change by meeting people where they are and walking beside them on their healing journey.
