About
I bring a grounded, yet deeply compassionate approach to therapy, helping clients move through trauma, burnout, and emotional pain with practical skills, authenticity, and respect for their lived experience.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in EMDR and other evidence based therapies, with extensive experience providing trauma informed care. I work primarily with young adult and middle aged women navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship stress. Many feel overwhelmed or stuck in painful cycles and are seeking clarity, confidence, emotional balance, and healthier ways of coping and connecting.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, blending practical skill building with deep emotional work. I focus on helping clients regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, process trauma, and build self trust - so change feels steady and sustainable rather than overwhelming.
You do not have to navigate this season alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. When you are ready, I invite you to take the next step and begin the work toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

As a Black female therapist, I value authenticity and connection, and draw on my personal experience to help others navigate life's toughest moments.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most difficult challenges. My background includes providing psychotherapy in forensic settings and conducting emergency assessments for individuals in crisis. I primarily work with adults navigating the lasting effects of childhood trauma or struggling with anxiety, depression, or mood disorders. I aim to help clients uncover the roots of their pain, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing and self-acceptance.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Kennesaw State University. My therapeutic approach is humanistic, grounded in empathy and collaboration. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and schema therapy to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, build insight, and develop practical coping skills.
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone; healing is possible. I’m here to walk beside you as you take that first step toward change. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you on your journey toward balance, growth, and self-discovery.
