People who want to climb Mt. Everest and make it back safely often hire a highly skilled guide—frequently one of the famous indigenous people, the Sherpas—to help them find their way and carry some of the baggage. Here, if your daily life is feeling like a long, hard climb up a steep mountain, similar assistance is available in the form of therapists such as myself, who have made that climb hundreds of times, know the way, and are experienced handlers of baggage. If you need a skilled companion, I would be honored to join your expedition.
