Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years in the mental health field working with clients to improve life satisfaction. She specializes in treating adults and children who are struggling with depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, trauma, abuse, neglect, relationship difficulties, adjustment issues, grief and loss, parenting support, and substance use disorders.

Crystal has a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an advanced specialization in treating children and adolescents from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She is trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Crystal has also completed the Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Hershel Jackson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, teens, and youth across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties in Michigan. Gayle Springer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 3 years of experience in working with adults and seniors with mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, and anger. Gayle also has experience supporting individuals through life transitions such as career changes and divorce, stress, and relationship and family issues. She has supported underserved populations, including those who struggle with childhood trauma, substance use, recovery, and crisis intervention.

Gayle earned a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She utilizes a variety of clinical approaches that are targeted to clients’ needs, including supportive talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, mindfulness-based methods, and solutions-focused therapy.

Rosemary is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Michigan. Rosemary has worked as a counselor for over ten years with clients across a broad spectrum, who are dealing with anxiety, anger, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem, eating disorders, relationship issues, procrastination, domestic violence, career/vocational exploration, and sexual abuse.

Marya (Maria) Drygalski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Addictions Specialist, and Employee Assistance Professional in the state of Michigan who has over 33 years of experience providing clinical assessment and therapeutic care to adults, couples, and families seeking help with anxiety/depression, trauma, and life transitions. She is a STARS Provider for Veterans and Military Families and received training through the Ann Arbor Center for the Family.

Erica White is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience.
