Claudia has 5 years of experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings. Her clinical knowledge and her lived experiences as a businesswoman, mother, and first-generation American allow for a meaningful foundation for understanding and supporting clients from all backgrounds.

Claudia has a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University. She uses evidence-based treatment models, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, play therapy, parent management training, and mindfulness techniques. She values normalizing therapy through her warm and relatable approach.

Claudia prides herself in developing a trusting relationship with clients so they feel truly seen in a non-judgmental space that allows for real change and growth. Lisa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) has years experience in helping clients of all ages. She specializes in treating stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, low self-esteem, confidence, grief, anxiety, and depression.

Lisa completed her Master's degree in Rehabilitative Counseling at the University of Florida. She uses multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and positive psychology.

Iriny is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 12 years of clinical experience. She specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, low self esteem, relationship issues and addiction. Having earned her degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, she has worked in a variety of settings including schools, substance abuse facilities, and psychiatric hospitals with individuals, couples and families of all backgrounds. 

She tailors her approach to clients’ specific needs and seeks their feedback to ensure that they are getting what they want and need out of therapy. Some approaches she uses include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and motivational interviewing. 

Regardless of the modality, she always strives to provide an environment of compassion, empathy, openness and collaboration to encourage you to feel safe, supported and understood through life’s inevitable changes and challenges.
