About
Be kind, because everyone is fighting a hard battle. As a bilingual clinician who has worked across diverse communities in both New Mexico and Illinois, I strive to meet each client with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for their unique journey.
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with 31 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with trauma, grief, addiction, relationship stress, immigration concerns, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, and multicultural issues. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish and bring cultural sensitivity and lived understanding into the therapeutic space. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, anger management concerns, stress, and major life transitions.
I earned my master’s in counseling from Catholic Theological Union. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we will work to strengthen your inner resilience, gain clarity, and move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of peace.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 8 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress management, and women’s issues. My goal is to provide a warm, safe, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, strengthen your coping skills, and begin creating meaningful and lasting change.
I earned my master’s in social work from Boise State University. My style is conversational, compassionate, and client centered. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused strategies, mindfulness-based practices, and strength-based approaches to help clients build insight and develop healthier patterns.
Life can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I aim to support you with empathy, understanding, and genuine care. Together, we will work to uncover patterns, process emotions, strengthen your self-awareness, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling, and empowered life.
