Be kind, because everyone is fighting a hard battle. As a bilingual clinician who has worked across diverse communities in both New Mexico and Illinois, I strive to meet each client with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for their unique journey.
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with 31 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with trauma, grief, addiction, relationship stress, immigration concerns, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, and multicultural issues. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish and bring cultural sensitivity and lived understanding into the therapeutic space. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, anger management concerns, stress, and major life transitions.
I earned my master’s in counseling from Catholic Theological Union. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 8 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families through life’s challenges. Yes, there are therapists who help with anger via Anger management therapy. It’s a therapeutic process that an individual goes through to manage their anger and identify its triggers. They’re given clear instructions on how to improve their angry behavior as well as a safe space for opening up about their emotions.
Once an individual’s triggers are identified, anger management therapy focuses on helping the individual process and respond to these emotions in a more positive and productive manner. The anger management therapist will provide coping strategies and ultimately help their client take back control of their anger.
