I bring a trans-disciplinary perspective shaped by formal education in social work, psychology, theater, and literature—an approach that honors the full complexity of human experience. I primarily work within third-wave cognitive behavioral frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.

The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
