I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in community mental health, trauma treatment, and addiction recovery. I primarily work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship difficulties, and life stressors. Many of the people I work with are tired of simply surviving and want to better understand themselves, break unhealthy patterns, and build more fulfilling lives.
