I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 3 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and helping you build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing and meaningful change.
I earned my master’s in social work from the University of Arkansas. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
