My therapeutic approach is person-centered and collaborative, recognizing you as the expert on your own life.
I earned my master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in clinical counseling from The Citadel. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-focused interventions, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and motivational interviewing.

Whether you are seeking direction, clarity, or simply someone to walk alongside you during a difficult season, I am here to support your growth and healing.
