As a woman, wife, and mom of 4, life can feel like a constant race to do more and be more every second of the day. My goal is to provide a safe and empathetic place to slow things down and grow towards your goals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience supporting clients on their path of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to trauma, self-worth, stress, and life transitions. I believe counseling is a collaborative process that fosters empathy, understanding, and resilience, and I strive to guide clients in developing meaningful goals and creating lasting change.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Liberty University. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing on my experience in trauma-informed care, family systems, and solution-focused therapy.

I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel empowered to grow. I invite you to take the next step toward a life that reflects your goals and values, and I look forward to walking alongside you in that journey.
