About
I help you build the confidence and clarity to live a more empowered, authentic life.
I am a licensed independent social worker-clinical practice (LISW-CP) with 21 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional healing. My goal is to offer clarity, encouragement, and practical strategies so clients can move toward meaningful change and greater balance in their lives.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of South Carolina. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, and empowerment-based practices to help clients build insight, develop strengths, and overcome barriers to their well-being.
Seeking therapy is an act of courage, and I would be honored to support you on your path. In our work together, we will explore what wellness looks like for you and identify steps that feel realistic and empowering. I aim to help you create a life that feels fulfilling, balanced, and aligned with your goals.

As a therapist who has participated in therapy myself, I know how important it is to find a provider you connect with and feel truly seen by. I specialize in seeing the person in the room as a fully unique human being and in working with them to untangle the challenges they’re facing so they can grow into their fullest potential.
As a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with 4 years of experience, I've worked in a variety of settings where I’ve helped people navigate a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, relational conflict, and depression. From an intensive outpatient program to a major medical hospital, I’ve sat with people on some of the worst days of their lives, accompanying them through immense grief and loss, chronic stress, vicarious trauma, and major life transitions. I work with preteens to older adults using a flexible, integrative approach that weaves together evidence-based practices with each client’s individual needs and preferences.
I earned my master’s in social work from the University of Tennessee. I use tools like acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, but above all my priority is to show up as just another human in the room, navigating this hard, messy, beautiful life alongside my clients.
In our work together, I will sit with you in your pain, your confusion, your anger, or whatever you’re bringing into the space, and help you be with it, make sense of it, and ultimately, transform it. Therapy can be hard. Life is hard. And yet here you are, because you know there’s something better waiting for you. Let’s find out what it is.

As a woman who has spent a long time learning how to claim my authentic self to empower my personal choices, I use my own loss, grief, and trauma, as well as life changes, to witness my clients' truth and courage to choose their transformation.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 27 years of experience helping children, adults, couples, and families navigate depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide compassionate and grounded support as clients explore their emotional patterns and rediscover their capacity for healing, growth, and connection in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
I earned a Master’s in Counseling from the University of South Carolina. I believe that healing begins with awareness and recognizing outdated coping mechanisms and learning new ways to respond that align with who you are today. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
I encourage clients to feel deeply without losing themselves in the process and to “feel everything, just don’t drown in it.” I believe healing is found in mindful presence, self-compassion, and consistency. I would be honored to walk beside you as you uncover your most authentic self and build a life rooted in strength, peace, and empowerment.
