I am a Resident in Counseling with 2 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, anger, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University. I completed my practicum and internship at Thomas Road Baptist Church, where I gained hands-on experience using cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients identify unhelpful patterns and build healthier thoughts and behaviors through goal-focused treatment.
